Effect of intra-arterial heparin flushing (IAHF) to prestin and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) level in hearing loss patients

Background : According to the World Health Organization (WHO), hearing loss is fourth largest disability globally, affecting an estimated 466 million people in 2018. In Indonesia, prevalence of was at 16.8% 2016. Intra-Arterial Heparin Flushing (IAHF) endovascular technique that uses heparin promote reperfusion and increases Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) expression. Methods The design experimental with Pre-Post Test One-Group Only. A total 22 patients were measured for before 4 hours after procedure.
